Teaching with AI works when it respects learners and pedagogy. This pack helps Claude plan lessons, explain concepts at the right level, and design assessments that measure understanding — not compliance.

What you can do with this pack

  • Plan a lesson from a learning objective
  • Explain a concept at the student's level
  • Design formative assessments
  • Write discussion prompts that spark thinking
  • Differentiate a lesson for varied levels

Skills in this pack

Lesson Planner

Plan a single lesson around a clear learning objective — engage, explain, apply, assess. Trigger on 'lesson plan', 'plan this lesson', 'teaching plan', 'class plan for', or when the user is designing an individual lesson.

Concept Explainer (Level-Aware)

Explain a concept at the student's level — right analogies, right vocabulary, right depth. Trigger on 'explain [concept] to a student', 'teach this concept', 'explain like I'm [level]', 'simple explanation of', or when the user wants a concept taught.

Formative Assessment Designer

Design formative assessments that check understanding during learning, not just at the end. Trigger on 'formative assessment', 'check for understanding', 'quick assessment', 'exit ticket', or when the user wants in-lesson or day-level checks for learning.

FAQ

What is a Claude skill?

A Claude skill is a folder containing a SKILL.md file. It tells Claude when to trigger the skill and how to execute the task. Skills live inside your Claude account once uploaded.

Do these work on Free, Pro and Max plans?

Yes, as long as code execution is enabled. On Team and Enterprise plans, an admin needs to enable skills at the organisation level first.

Can I edit the skills?

Yes — the skills are plain markdown files. Open SKILL.md in any editor and change the description, steps, templates, or output format to match how you work.

Do I need all the skills in the pack?

No. Upload only the ones you'll use. Too many active skills makes Claude less precise about which one to pick.
