Technical writing fails when it describes systems but doesn't help the reader use them. This pack helps Claude write docs that are reference-quality, accurate and usable.

What you can do with this pack

  • Write API reference documentation
  • Write tutorials and quickstart guides
  • Write architectural or design docs
  • Edit engineer-written docs for clarity
  • Write changelogs worth reading

Skills in this pack

Tutorial Writer

Write technical tutorials that take a reader from zero to a working outcome. Trigger on 'tutorial', 'getting started guide', 'how to build X', 'walkthrough', or when the user needs a beginner-to-outcome technical guide.

Design Doc Writer

Write engineering design docs for new features or systems. Trigger on 'design doc', 'RFC', 'technical spec', 'architecture doc', or when the user is proposing a significant change and needs it written up for review.

Changelog Writer

Write changelogs that humans actually read. Trigger on 'changelog', 'release notes', 'what changed in this release', or when the user is shipping a version and needs it documented.

FAQ

What is a Claude skill?

A Claude skill is a folder containing a SKILL.md file. It tells Claude when to trigger the skill and how to execute the task. Skills live inside your Claude account once uploaded.

Do these work on Free, Pro and Max plans?

Yes, as long as code execution is enabled. On Team and Enterprise plans, an admin needs to enable skills at the organisation level first.

Can I edit the skills?

Yes — the skills are plain markdown files. Open SKILL.md in any editor and change the description, steps, templates, or output format to match how you work.

Do I need all the skills in the pack?

No. Upload only the ones you'll use. Too many active skills makes Claude less precise about which one to pick.
